Job opening: HSEQ & HR Manager

Key tasks will be to formulate and implement an HR strategy, and constantly develop this function in R. Stahl Tranberg. The role is also responsible for the overall HSEQ work and will perform audits if accidents occurs. The ideal candidate is experienced in the field of HR and can also document sound HSEQ competence. You have a professional mindset with a passion for making colleagues develop and thrive. The position reports to Managing director and is part of the management team. You will play a key role as a business partner by providing the management team with professional advice regarding HR and HSEQ related questions.

Other tasks will be:

  • HSEQ follow-up
  • Audit work if accidents occurs
  • Promote and follow up sound HR practices throughout the organization
  • Advice and support management team in personnel matters
  • Performance planning
  • Facilitate hiring processes
  • Onboarding
  • Offboarding
  • Develop, implement and monitor HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

The right candidate has a relevant university degree, over five years’ experience with a proven track record from similar positions in addition to excellent communication and organizing skills.
