Job opening: System Engineer

STAHL is in an exciting phase of growth. Their ambition is to develop their activities in automation further and become a significant player in this segment in Norway. They are now looking for a system engineer with a background in electro to achieve this development. Are you looking for new challenges in rapid growth and development in an organisation? Duties: In this position, you will be in contact with customers to find the best solutions and frequent contact with the factories. In addition, you will:

  • in cooperation with sales, review requests and develop technical system solutions, cost estimates, and delivery time estimates
  • review orders with sales to ensure that the contract is following technical standards and regulations and the customer’s specific requirements
  • prepare drawings and documentation for customer approval
  • technical clarification of orders for system solutions with customers
  • prepare material lists
  • provide input on design documents for production and final documentation
  • attend the final inspection with the customer if necessary
  • keep up to date on products and Ex regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Three years of education in electrical engineering and relevant experience can replace formal education
  • minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electrical market
  • good presentation skills in Norwegian and English
  • proficient in MS Office programs

Working hours Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00
