KPI boards – An Important Part of LEAN

LEAN is an important part of our daily operations at R. STAHL TRANBERG, and during the past weeks you have seen how we have applied 5S and Kaizen.

An additional important part of LEAN is our KPI management boards – a great communication tool for evaluating, tracking and reaching objectives. By creating these visual boards, with the data for analysing and understanding different metrics, we can identify and react to necessary improvement changes.
