LEAN is an important part of our daily operations at R. STAHL TRANBERG, and a fundamental part of LEAN is the 5S system. It is more a philosophy and a way of thinking, than a system. 5S improves efficiency and flow, while eliminating waste of time, material and other resources. In short – makes it easy to find everything one needs.
