18th of December 2019 was a milestone in R. STAHL TRANBERG’s history as we opened our brand new R&D facilities at the head office in Stavanger.

After having kept the doors closed during the building period, our CEO Thomas Linkenheil cut the banner yesterday, as we invited our staff to the housewarming party. Everyone were received by our R&D team serving welcome drinks dressed in white lab coats, followed by speeches from our Technology Director Kjell Are Berg-Hagen and R&D Manager Alf Kristoffer Askildsen.

After the speeches, our staff were invited to different stations to get a closer understanding of the R&D team`s daily work and try out various equipment themselves. We ended the celebration by having a Christmas dinner together.

We are proud that our strong history of innovation goes back to 1876 and believe the new R&D facilities will help foster further innovations for many more years to come!
