What we take responsibility for
Four disciplines, one project team
Heat tracing
From reviewing 3D models, drawings, process lines and maintenance requirements to commissioning and third-party verification. Correct sizing gives stable operation, lower CO₂ emissions and lower cost.
Lighting design and calculation
Correct lighting on vessels, helidecks and offshore wind farms is a safety matter. We perform lighting calculations and document them to the applicable standards and regulations, as part of the delivery.
Circle & H and helidecks
A complete service for any helideck project: the Tranberg IMT Circle & H system is integrated with your deck, with a scalable control system, Modbus TCP/IP and cyber security taken care of from the start.
Winterization
Review of all critical lifesaving equipment and existing heating in the design phase, commissioning and modifications, power-efficient systems for immediate de-icing, and support in operation.

From the first drawing to the first landing
A helideck project passes through the hands of the same engineers from lighting calculation to commissioning. That is why it works the first time.
How we work
The project in four steps

Concept and design
We go through GA drawings, 3D models, process lines and regulations with you, and define scope, notations and interfaces.

Sizing and documentation
Lighting and heat loss calculations, a part list with part numbers, datasheets, Ex certificates and declarations of conformity ready for class.

Production and test
The products are made and tested at our own factory, with the flexibility own production gives when the specification changes.

Commissioning and operation
Installation support, commissioning, third-party verification, training and maintenance throughout the lifetime.
Own production
The factory behind the project
Everything is made at our own factory: 3,500 m² of production and testing, with welding, assembly, certification and packing under one roof. That is what lets a project change late without the delivery date slipping.
