Founded in Stavanger in 1901, R. STAHL Tranberg is the company behind the world’s first patented electrical navigation light. That was the start of more than a century as an industrial pioneer in marine lighting, explosion protection and heating solutions. Today our smart, environmentally friendly solutions are deployed in some of the world’s most unforgiving environments, where the demands on reliability and safety are at their highest, and our name still stands for quality and innovation.
