We are pleased to welcome Nils-Vemund Fløysvik to the R. STAHL TRANBERG team as our new Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager in the Energy Department.
Nils joined us on May 5th and has already begun his onboarding journey, working closely with our Senior Sales Engineer to build expertise within our heat-tracing product portfolio. With a potent blend of hands-on field experience and technical sales insight, he’s well-positioned to support our customers and contribute to growth in this area.
From Practical Experience to Customer Solutions
Nils began his career as an electrician, working both onshore and offshore across various industrial projects. His background includes high-voltage installations, Ex systems, and heat-tracing work on large-scale facilities, giving him valuable insight into end users’ challenges.
His deep understanding of the field has become one of his key strengths in customer dialogue.
The Road to R. STAHL TRANBERG
Before joining us, Nils transitioned into a technical sales role, working with products such as cable glands, Ex connectors, and junction boxes, including responsibility for budgets and product follow-up. The shift from field to sales came naturally to him, driven by his familiarity with the products and their applications.
Learning, Growing, and Contributing
He’s now focused on learning as much as possible from his team, particularly in the heat-tracing segment. Nils has expressed strong appreciation for the structured onboarding, the friendly atmosphere, and the support from colleagues.
