We are looking for an independent, proactive, and outgoing individual with experience in the sale of electrical equipment locally based at our office in Stavanger.
Our customers include oil companies, shipping companies, EPC suppliers, shipyards, equipment suppliers, and owners and users of heat tracing systems.
The position is part of our Energy department, and key responsibilities will include:
- Sales of solutions and products to customers primarily in Norway
- Advising customers on upgrades and expansions of existing systems/installations
- Preparation of quotations and cost calculations for Heat Trace projects
- Order management
- Project follow-up
- Technical presentations for customers
- Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
- Some travel activity should be expected
Qualifications:
- Experience with Heat Trace is an advantage (but training will be provided)
- Experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of heat tracing systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an engineer or electrician/automation technician
- Desired experience with Ex (explosion-protected equipment)
