We seek someone who wants to contribute with strong professional expertise and play a key role in further developing the company’s accounting routines and reporting processes.
You will hold a central role in ensuring accurate and regular accounting and be responsible for all bookkeeping within R. STAHL Scandinavia.
We will implement a new ERP system, SAP, in the near future, which will help shape our future. As a Senior Accountant, you will play an important role in this digital transformation. Experience with similar projects will be considered an advantage.
You will be part of a finance/accounting team of 3 people and report directly to the Accounting Manager.
Senior Accountant

Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Prepare annual financial statements from A to Z
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record and follow up on the general ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts, other balance sheet items, and VAT
- Ensure correct accruals and accounting of revenues and expenses
- Prepare and review monthly reporting to ensure compliance (actuals, forecasts, and plans)
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the new ERP system and digital tools
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations. Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of systems and preferably experience with SAP
- Solid Excel skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
