The 300 mm pedestal is the low mounting base for the TEF 2620 (direct operated) and TEF 2630 (bridge operated) searchlights, and is also used under the TEF 2650. It is made of stainless steel and bolts to the deck or roof; the searchlight is bolted to the top flange.
