The TRANBERG® TEF 663 is a fixed 90° angle adaptor with Ex e certification for hazardous-area enclosures, developed and manufactured at the R. STAHL Tranberg factory in Stavanger. It lets a cable gland enter an enclosure at a right angle where space is limited, with a male metric thread towards the enclosure and a female metric or NPT thread for the gland. Sealed with an O-ring, available in brass and stainless steel AISI 316 (EN 1.4401). A 45° neck is available on request.

Special conditions for use: only one adaptor is permitted for each cable entry. Blanking elements shall not be used with adaptors. When NPT threads are used with an Ex d enclosure, the threads must conform to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.

Selecting the right size
Every variant has its own part number. Choose by male thread (the enclosure entry) and female thread (the cable gland). If the outlet must be turned to any position, see the adjustable TEF 664.
