The TRANBERG® TEF 9202 is a lightweight, compact self-regulating enclosure heater in flame-retardant composite (UL 94 V-0) for Zone 1, Zone 2 and safe area. At 0.56–0.76 kg and 180 × 300 × 30 mm it fits where a steel heater is too large or too heavy, and the self-regulating element reduces its output as the ambient temperature rises, so it cannot overheat. Supplied with a 1.5 m flying lead and, optionally, a DIN rail bracket that can be fitted horizontally or vertically. Developed and manufactured at our own factory.
Two versions
T4 (TPS5559) in 240 V or 120 V for mounting inside an enclosure rated IP54 or higher, and T3 with IP66 (TPS6334) in 240 V for use where the heater itself must be sealed. Both are available as 50 W and 100 W, nominal at still air and 0 °C.

Installation notes
The supply circuit shall include an electrical protection device according to IEC/EN 60079-30-1 clause 4.3. The unterminated flying lead must be terminated in an Ex e junction box.
Accessories
DIN rail bracket SS35/7.5 (part no. 50520075) for horizontal or vertical mounting on a DIN rail, and an external JUMO ExTherm-AT capillary thermostat (part no. 50295391, datasheet TTD6717). Ask us for a quote together with the heater.
