The TEF 2612 is the single-searchlight panel of the Commander series. Panel and searchlight sit on a common RS-485 network, which reduces the wiring on the vessel to a minimum, and up to 16 panels can share the network so the same searchlight can be operated from several bridge positions. Large backlit pushbuttons give light, ignition, on/standby, narrow/wide focus, dimming of the backlight, fast/slow movement, group selection and a home function that returns the searchlight to a predefined position with one press. Operated at a safe 24 V DC with plug-in screw terminals, black anodised aluminium with Lexan front, IP20, 168 × 96 × 55 mm, 0.36 kg. Works with halogen, xenon and LED versions of the TEF 2650, and the TEF 2618 radio control interface can be connected to the same network.
