The TLT series is Raychem’s high-output self-regulating heating cable for marine winterization: under-deck heating of metal walkways, stairs and helideck edges, where a lot of heat is needed over a short length. The conductive polymer core varies its output with the temperature at every point along the cable, so it cannot overheat itself and saves energy when the deck is warm. Fluoropolymer insulation and outer jacket, tinned copper braid, 2.3 mm² nickel plated copper conductors, maximum maintain temperature +90 °C, minimum installation temperature −60 °C. Terminated with the Raychem C-150 connection kit and E-150 end seal. The datasheet TPS7131 (30TLT2-CT) gives circuit lengths for 16 to 40 A type C breakers.
