Are your vessels still equipped with the TEF 2650 450 mm 1000 W or 2000 W halogen searchlight? The LED51 retrofit insert replaces the halogen light unit inside the existing drum with the same 84-LED unit used in the new TEF 2650 LED51 searchlight: 30 000 lm, a peak beam of 4.75 million candela at 4.3° divergence and roughly 2 000 m at 1 lux, from 400 W and 1.5 A instead of the halogen unit’s 2000 W. Installation is plug and play: the old light unit comes out, the insert with its aluminium back plate and brackets goes in, and the drum, pan/tilt motors and Commander network control stay as they are. The result is a searchlight without spare lamps, with lower power draw, less heat and the reliability of a sealed LED unit. The insert fits the TEF 2650 450 mm halogen drum (part numbers 2650415410/2650415430) and the corresponding TEF 26×0 450 mm drums; contact us with the part number of your searchlight to confirm fit.
