The TRANBERG® TEF 4600 brings the control of every light on and around the helideck into one cabinet: perimeter lights, floodlights, Circle & H, obstruction lights, illuminated windsocks, status lights and taxi lights. The operator works from a pre-programmed touch panel, switching or dimming each light group, and the same cabinet supervises a dual 230 V AC supply with automatic changeover between main and secondary source. It is delivered for safe areas or, with an R. STAHL EXicom MT-498 operator panel, for Zone 1, and all explosion-protected equipment is certified to ATEX/IECEx. Developed and manufactured at our own factory.

Versions
The configurations below differ in which light groups they control: standard lights with dimmable floodlights, standard lights with the IMT Circle & H, Circle & H with status lights, or all functions. The 3xx series (TPS6969) is built on an Axioline PLC for IMT floodlights; the 4xx series (TPS7674) controls DALI floodlights from an indoor touch panel. Custom configurations (4600399/4600499) are built to the project. Every version can be specified as non-Ex or Zone 1. Spare parts in the datasheet: pre-programmed Phoenix TPM3121 touch panel (4601002) and AXC2152 PLC controller (4601003). The Modbus TCP/IP communication specification (TUM6385/TUM7065), the test procedure TTD6965 and the drawings are listed per part number.
