The CMP Sapphire SHDSS is a hinged, heavy-duty cable cleat in stainless steel 316L for single and parallel cable formations under extreme conditions, engineered to IEC 61914 and tested for high short-circuit forces (up to 110 kA peak, 50 kA RMS). The hinged design with M12 and M10 fixing points gives installation flexibility, and LSF/LS0H, phosphorus-free liners protect the cable against abrasion, thermal movement and damage. Rated from −60 °C to +60 °C for offshore, marine and high-voltage installations. R. STAHL Tranberg supplies the Sapphire range with our cable glands and enclosures.
Application
- Single and parallel cable formations, cable diameters approx. 19 to 120 mm
- Offshore, marine and high-voltage installations, −60 °C to +60 °C
- Short-circuit restraint of power cables under extreme fault levels
