The TRANBERG® BlueLine floodlight TEF 2581 10 000 lm is a compact LED floodlight for area lighting on ships: deck areas, rescue zones, walkways, crane booms and derricks, and for lighting docks, fishing gear and other equipment within about 20 metres of the vessel. It is the larger of the two TEF 2581 sizes and is mainly used for smaller areas and smaller vessels. Seawater-resistant aluminium housing powder coated to corrosion class C5M, glass front, AISI 316L bracket, IP66/67, sealed for life. 20 part numbers: 2200 K, 4000 K or 5000 K, narrow, medium or wide beam, 200–240 V AC, standard or DALI.

Selecting the right floodlight
Pick the colour temperature first: 2200 K for warm light on accommodation decks and where glare and light pollution should be kept low, 4000 K for general deck lighting and 5000 K for work areas and the highest output. Then choose narrow, medium or wide light distribution depending on mounting height and the area to be lit, and the DALI version when the lights are to be dimmed or controlled centrally.
